Good news, you have already paid for your collection!!

Please complete this form with as much info as possible about your collection request. We will then arrange a collection and you will receive collection tracking details.

We usually use DPD or DHL as our nominated courier.

The driver will bring the labels required.

All return instructions are included on your hire information booklet included in your delivery.

Please note

We require 48 hours notice to arrange the collection

Collections are Mon to Friday between 9-7pm.

We will be charged a fine by DPD or DHL should there be a 'missed collection' which we will unfortunately have to pass on to you. You will need to be available to hand the parcel over to the driver
You will receive a text or email notification from DPD or DHL on the day, giving you a one hour collection window, which can be any time between 9am and 7pm.
