Online Hire Returns
Whether your items are Small or Large will determine your courier return method. Full return instructions are included in your hire booklet/information sheet and you’ll also receive these via email when your item is dispatched. If you are unsure what size item(s) you are returning please email us quoting your order number.
SMALL HIRE ITEMS - Ski Wear, Wetsuits, Packrafts, Restrap Bike Packing, Camp & Hike items etc.
- Click here to create return label for your item(s) via DPD.
- Re-use the original packaging and drop off at a DPD parcel shop.
LARGE HIRE ITEMS - Burley Trailers, Bike Boxes and bags, Strollers, SUP’s, Turbo Trainers.
- Click here to book your return.
- We will arrange collection as requested and email you confirmation details.
