Once your order is confirmed, we’ll prepare, check and carefully pack your equipment ready for dispatch.

For hire orders, we aim to deliver your kit a few days before your hire start date whenever possible. This gives you time to unpack everything, check your equipment and make sure you’re happy before your adventure begins.

Don’t worry – if your hire kit arrives early, your hire period will still only begin on the start date you selected and there is no additional hire charge.

Early delivery is not guaranteed, so if you’re travelling, we always recommend allowing plenty of time between your expected delivery and departure date.

Deliveries are made 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday via our chosen couriers such as DPD, Royal Mail or DHL

Timed or Saturday deliveries can be arranged for an extra charge, please email us to arrange.

We cannot deliver on a Sunday.

We cannot guarantee any delivery time slots as we are at the mercy of our delivery partners

We aim to deliver hire orders a few days before your selected hire start date.

Receiving your equipment early does not change your selected hire start or finish dates, and there is no additional charge.

Although we do everything we can to get your kit to you in good time, early delivery cannot be guaranteed and courier delays can occasionally happen.

If you're travelling, we strongly recommend allowing at least 2 working days between your expected delivery and your departure date.

All puchased items (new and Pre Loved) take 1 to 2 working days to process.

Standard Shipping takes 3 to 5 working days for the item to be delivered.

I am afraid we don't deliver to Northern Ireland.

We deliver to most areas of the UK, but unfortunately we cannot currently deliver to Northern Ireland or certain Scottish Highland, Island and other remote postcode areas.

JE, ZE1–ZE3, selected AB, IV, KW, PH, HS, KA, PA and FK postcodes.

Where possible, please choose a delivery address where somebody will be available to receive your equipment.

If you miss your delivery, please follow the instructions provided by the courier to rearrange delivery or select an available alternative.

A missed delivery may delay your order, so please keep an eye on your tracking information.

We recommend opening your delivery as soon as it arrives rather than waiting until the day you're travelling.

Check that you have received all the equipment you ordered and that everything appears to be in good working order.

If anything doesn't look right, please contact us straight away. The sooner we know, the more time we'll have to put things right before your adventure.

Yes, please keep the packaging your hire equipment arrives in.

You'll need suitable packaging when it's time to return your hired equipment, and reusing the original packaging helps us reduce unnecessary waste.

Our Hire Shipping fees cover Delivery & Return, Packaging & Servicing. The cut off for Express Shipping is midday.

Most items are available to pick up free of charge from one our warehouses in Surrey. We will send notification when your item is ready for collection. To collect your hire item(s) just select “Pick up” at checkout.
