Large Item Return Information

If you hired a larger item e.g. Burley Trailer, Bike Box or Bag, Stroller, SUP or Turbo Trainer we’ll arrange a home collection for you using DPD or DHL.

Step 1 - Book your collection:

• Click here to book your return.
• We will arrange collection on a suitable date from your chosen address and email you the following confirmation details:
  • Collection date.
  • The courier name (DPD or DHL).
  • What to expect on the day.

Step 2 - What to do before collection:

• Clean and dry your item before packing.
  • Alternatively you can book for us to clean the items(s) here.
• Repack it safely in the original box/bag.
• Remove or cover any old shipping labels.
• Seal the box securely.
• Double check all accessories are included - use the checklist we sent with your item(s).

Step 3 - On collection day

• Have your parcel ready for the driver, they will not call ahead so keep an eye on your tracking. 
• If you're not going to be in leave the parcel in a safe, sheltered location. Print and attach our Safe Place Form to the parcel.
  • No printer? You can handwrite the same information clearly on a piece of paper and attach that instead.
• Missed collections may incur a £15 rebooking fee (charged by the courier).
• You should receive a time window from the courier on the day.
• If you haven’t received your time window by 1pm, contact us for support.

Step 4 - Once we receive your return

We will send you an email confirming the item(s) have been received back.
