This simple to install adapter opens the door to new biking possibilities by allowing you to connect a kid, cargo, or pet bike trailer to bikes with 12mm thru axles.

Use the Burley Thru Axle Fit Guide to determine which Burley Thru Axle is compatible with your bike. If you are unsure of the correct thread pitch or hub length, please consult with the manufacturer of your bike, or your local bike shop before purchasing a Burley Thru Axle.

Available sizes of the Thru Axle include:

1mm Thread Pitches

12 x 1.0 tp, for 142-148mm hub spacing (160-174mm actual length) — Includes 1 conical spacer and 1 flat spacer
12 x 1.0 tp, for 142-148mm hub spacing (167-183mm actual length) — Includes 1 conical spacer and 1 flat spacer

1.5mm Thread Pitches

12 x 1.5 tp, for 142-148mm hub spacing (159-165mm actual length) — Includes 1 flat spacer
12 x 1.5 tp, for 142-148mm hub spacing (172-178mm actual length) — Includes 1 flat spacer
12 x 1.5 tp, for 142-148mm hub spacing (>229mm actual length) — Includes 1 flat spacer

1.75mm Thread Pitches

12 x 1.75 tp, for 142-148mm hub spacing (174-180mm actual length) — Includes 1 flat spacer

Yes we offer the opportunity to extend your hire (subject to availability). If you head over to our ‘After Hire Options’ section on the website you will find the hire extension option. Just select the hire item you have via the drop down and select how long you would like to extend for, add to cart and make payment and the hire will be extended for you!

If you damage the hire item, you will be required to pay a charge. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
