What is the difference between standard and premium?

Our premium gloves belong to the Steiner Brand.

The Steiner mountain glove maintains the Steiner mantra #warm up your winter. The very reason for Steiner’s existence today is to ensure we deliver warmth to the user. Made with a high performing soft-shell outer, Steiner’s STAY-DRY waterproof membrane and the all important Primaloft™ superior insulation the Steiner mountain glove will keep you dry and warm whatever the elements throw at you.

What is the difference between gloves vs mittens?

Mittens are warmer than gloves (made with the same materials) because, unlike with gloves, your fingers can share warmth. Mittens also have less total surface area for body heat to escape

For added warmth we would also recommend wearing glove liners under gloves, you can purchase glove liners here

  • You will receive delivery tracking details once your hire is on its way to you
  • Delivered straight to your door. Or you can collect from us.
  • Item/s delivered in reusable packaging with all return instructions

  • Have fun with your hire item/s.

Step 4: Return or purchase

  • Return your hire item/s by following our easy return instructions.
  • Or you can arrange your own return (we do recommend using a tracked service)
  • Purchase ‘the ultimate try before you buy’
  • Extend your hire

We do offer the opportunity to purchase the item you have hired from us with a discount applied (subject to availability).  The purchase price after your rental is the current RRP less your hire fee paid.

  2. Re-use the original packaging and drop off at a DPD parcel shop.

LARGE ITEMS - Burley Trailers, Bike Boxes and bags, Strollers, SUP’s, Turbo Trainers etc.

You may cancel your hire with us any time up to 7 days before your hire start date.

If you cancel within 7 days you will be charged 50% of your hire fee.

We cannot accept cancellations or change of hire start date once the item has been despatched.

If you are interested in purchasing the item(s) you have hired drop us an email with your order number and we will send you a quote.

All quotes are subject to availability.

If you would like to keep your item(s) longer, please extend your hire through our Hire extension page.

We understand that hire items are subject to reasonable wear and tear. If the item(s) becomes damaged please do let us know as soon as possible.

If the damage is outside of normal wear and tear you may be charged as outlined in our T&Cs.
