Deliveries are made 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Timed or Saturday deliveries can be arranged for an extra charge, please email us to arrange.

We cannot deliver on a Sunday.

We aim to deliver your item(s) a few days before your hire start date, to allow you plenty of time to make sure it’s perfect. This does not affect your chosen hire start and finish dates.

Standard Shipping takes 3 to 5 working days for the item to be delivered.

Most items are available to pick up free of charge from one our warehouses in Surrey. We will send notification when your item is ready for collection. To collect your hire item(s) just select “Pick up” at checkout.
