Your return collection is already paid for.

Please allow at least 48 hours' notice. Collections are Monday–Friday.

Please complete this form with as much info as possible about your collection request. We will then arrange a collection and you will receive collection tracking details. 

We usually use DPD or DHL as our nominated courier.

The driver will bring the labels required.

Please note

  • We require 48 hours notice to arrange the collection 
  • Collections are Mon to Friday between 9-7pm. 
  • Please make sure someone is available to hand the parcel to the driver. Additional courier charges resulting from a missed collection may be passed on to you.
  • You will receive a text or email notification from DPD or DHL on the day, giving you a one hour collection window, which can be any time between 9am and 7pm.
